In this one hour long 2017 documentary popular British rapper Professor Green sets out to examine the current state of homelessness in the UK in an attempt to change societies perception of the homeless and better understand how they came to live in perilous conditions. The episode is filmed in the city of Manchester which has a particularly bad problem with homelessness and has seen the number of rough sleepers double in just a year.

He meets people who live on the streets and people who are trapped in a cycle of temporary hostel life and sleeping on the sofas of friends. This is one of a number of documentaries that Professor Green has hosted for the BBC, others include Professor Green: Dangerous Dogs (2016).
