In Louis and the Nazis (2003) Louis Theroux travels to California to meet the man labelled the ‘most dangerous racist in America’, the white supremacist and former KKK Klansmen Tom Metzger, he follows him on skinhead rallies, and meets his family and his publicity manager. The documentary is 80 minutes long, which is 20 minutes longer than was usual for his BBC Two Specials episodes.

During the trip he has an encounter with the nazi-pop due Prussian Blue, considering of two twin sisters (Lynx and Lamb Gaede) who were only young children at the time but would sing and release extreme white supremacist pop songs and associated music videos. The twins would later be the subject of their own documentary by another British filmmaker, James Quinn – Nazi Pop Twins (2007).
