The Conspiracy Files: 9/11 Ten Years On

The Conspiracy Files is a British documentary television series by the BBC which investigates various modern conspiracy theories, episodes are sporadic with the first coming in 2006 and a total of only eleven episodes so far (as of 2017). Each episode in the series is one hour long and broadcast on BBC two.

9/11 Ten Years On was the ninth episode of the series and was broadcast on 9th September 2011, two days short of the tenth anniversary of the attacks which killed almost 3,000 people in New York. The episode examines the various reasons why some people still question the official account of the events of that day, a decade after it happened. Som popular unanswered questions explored include questions around the size of the hole left in the Pentagon, why the WTC collapse looked like a controlled demolition, and why the third tower collapsed despite not being hit by a plane.
