It was billed as the biggest fight in British boxing history, the highly rated up and coming heavyweight star Anthony Joshua fighting the man who dominated the heavyweight division for a decade, Wladimir Klitschko. Three belts would be on the line, including Joshua’s existing IBF belt, and it was anticipated that the bout at Wembley Stadium would break British attendance records as well as achieve a pay-per-view revenue record. The thrilling bout met all expectations and confirmed Anthony Joshua’s status as the new heavyweight superstar.

Anthony Joshua: The Road to Klitschko is a 2017 documentary aired in the days leading up to the fight by BBC One and is the result of two years of filming, the BBC were granted unprecedented access behind the scenes of his training camps, his home, hotels, and dressing rooms, starting with his 2015 British Heavyweight Title bout against Dilian Whyte and culminating in the conclusion of his preparations for the biggest fight of his career so far. Joshua, by John Dennen (of Boxing News), is an unauthorized biography published just after Anthony Joshua defeated Wladimir Klitschko at Wembley Stadium to become a unified World Heavyweight champion. The book is the first biography of Joshua to be published and has received good reviews, it tells the story of his rise to greatness.
