An hour long Sky Sports 1 documentary about the British heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua, first broadcast on 24th August 2014. The film gives some insight into his background before boxing, his Olympics success, and then his transition to professional boxing. The various contributors to the film include his promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sports and his mother. Joshua outlines his ambition to become a future world champion.
At the time of the broadcast Joshua had had just seven fights, and had yet to win any professional belt. Within two years he would become British champion, Commonwealth champion, and then IBF World Heavyweight Champion, the buildup to his 2016 World Title fight with American Charles Martin was covered in the 2016 BBC programme Anthony Joshua: A Legend in the Making. Joshua, by John Dennen (of Boxing News), is an unauthorized biography published just after Anthony Joshua defeated Wladimir Klitschko at Wembley Stadium to become a unified World Heavyweight champion. The book is the first biography of Joshua to be published and has received good reviews, it tells the story of his rise to greatness.
