A special one hour long BBC documentary, first broadcast in January 2018, Michael Palin looks back at his outstanding career in film and television as a BAFTA winning actor, writer and presenter. Features extensive archive footage to showcase Palin’s various works, including his huge contribution to the success of Monty Python and his various excellent travel documentary shows.

Various people who have worked closely with Palin feature on camera to share anecdotes including legends of the screen John Cleese, David Jason, Connie Booth, Armando Iannucci and the producer of his travelogues Clem Vallance.
