A 2006 TV documentary, directed by Brian Schordof, explores the issue of homelessness and drug abuse in Chicago – a city which has a huge wealth divide and is simultaneously home to top end designer shopping boutiques alongside one of the largest homeless populations in the USA. It explores how the issue affects society as a whole.

The film includes interviews with some of the cities leading political and social leaders. Schordof develops a relationship with the men on the streets and they trust and open up to him, giving the viewer an honest inside insight into their life on the streets and right into the heart of the cities drugs trade. Another documentary made about homeless drug addicts in Chicago is The Brickyard: Home of all the Junkies (2006).
