Louis Theroux: Law and Disorder in Lagos

Legendary British documentary filmmaker Louis Theroux visits Nigeria to explore the issue of crime and disorder in the capital city Lagos, he follows local gangs as well as a paramilitary task force in their war against the gangs. Lagos has a serious problem with gun crime and every year hundreds of Nigerians are murdered, including many police men who fight gun battles with armed robbers.

The film successfully shows the hold that organized gangs have over communities in Nigeria with the filmmakers following gangs as they openly extort small business owners going about their day to day.
