A half an hour long 2011 not-for-profit documentary by the production company Serious Feather exploring the diverse contemporary music scene in Iceland. It is filmed in full HD and features interviews and performances from numerous up and coming artists and bands, as well as contributions from various individuals who are important to the countries music scene.
It includes an interview with the editor of Reykjavík’s Grapevine Magazine, the founders of online an music distribution business, and various others. Artists to feature in the documentary include Bloodgroup, For A Minor Reflection, Severed Crotch, Hafdis Huld, and many more.
This documentary is part of a trilogy of Serious Feather documentaries which adopt the same theme, the others explore contemporary music in Liverpool (Liverpool: Beyond The Beatles) and Manchester (Manchester: Beyond Oasis).
