A one hour long 2005 BBC documentary about former Libertines band member, and at the time Babyshambles front man, Pete Doherty. It has also been given a more family friendly alternative title, ‘Who the Hell is Pete Doherty’ for the DVD release.
The film features contributions from various people within his circle including band mates, his manager, roadies, and his friend and songwriting partner Wolfman. It manages to capture the chaos surrounding Doherty at a time when he was frequently in the tabloid newspapers for his wild antics, drugs offenses, and his relationship with the supermodel Kate Moss.
If you are a big Doherty fan then also consider watching Pete Doherty in 24 Hours (2009) and Stalking Pete Doherty (2005), as well as the Roger Sargent documentary about the 2010 Libertines reunion gigs: The Libertines: There Are No Innocent Bystanders (2011).
