A 2007 BBC documentary by legendary British naturalist Sir David Attenborough in which he warns of the danger that Britain faces from climate change. He is joined by Matt Alwright and Kate Humble as they discuss the findings of a major climate change and how it could change the UK in the coming years, it could mean widespread flooding, storm surges, and even heat-waves. That is arguably already becoming a partial reality, several unprecedented floods have ripped through English towns in the years which have followed.
The film uses the results of the climate change prediction survey to present snapshots of what future Britain could look like in the years 2020, 2050, and 2080. The study was overseen by Dr Nick Faull of Oxford University in partnership with the BBC and the Met Office, you can read more about the research behind the documentary here.
