A four part 2009 Discovery Channel mini-series which explores Dinosaurs from the inside to reveal their structures and explains how they survived for so long. The series actually received some bad reviews from viewers and critics, with many complaining that the series was repetitive. There was also a controversy when the paleontologist Mathew Wedel complained that the producers had edited his interview to misrepresent what he was actually saying.
Dinosaur models used to create this series were later reused in the standalone Discovery Channel documentary Last Day of the Dinosaurs (2010), which puts forward a commonly accepted theory behind the mass-extinction of dinosaurs 65 million years ago. That documentary was better received by critics.
