A half an hour long BBC 3 programme about Anthony Joshua, aired in the days leading up to his first world heavyweight title fight against Charles Martin. The producers are given access behind the scenes at Joshua’s training camp and interview Joshua on his life inside and outside of the boxing ring, also featuring are some of the people close to the fighter.
Joshua went on to beat Charles Martin to become the IBF World Heavyweight Champion in a bout at the O2 arena in London, taking one of the belts which was taken from Wladimir Klitschko by Tyson Fury and then vacated. Also worth a watch are the hour long ITV documentary Anthony Joshua: The Journey (2015) and the hour long Sky Sports 1 documentary Anthony Joshua: Heavyweight Hopes (2014).
Joshua, by John Dennen (of Boxing News), is an unauthorized biography published just after Anthony Joshua defeated Wladimir Klitschko at Wembley Stadium to become a unified World Heavyweight champion. The book is the first biography of Joshua to be published and has received good reviews, it tells the story of his rise to greatness.
