A one hour long American Public Television (APT) documentary narrated by Donny Osmond which follows the lives of several people who suffer from social anxiety disorder who bravely get in front of the camera to talk about their struggles with the condition, the film explores the symptoms and challenges that these people face and looks at the treatments available to them as they seek to recover from their illness. The documentary was made in 2011.

Social Anxiety is an anxiety which causes people to worry intensely about simple social situations such as interactions with other people and what those people will think about them. The condition is apparently the number one most common anxiety disorder in the US affecting almost 20 million people and is statistically more common in women than in men.
